  1. I think the dream sequence with the Johnny Combat doll is rather cheesy, but it does give us some insight into Justin.
I think it is the best episode of Season One because we get to see the wonderful way that a difficult topic like loneliness is handled by the DGL cast and crew. Again, their promise to never shy away from difficult issues shines through.
I really like Lauren in this episode. She knew Justin was discouraged after the explosion, but would not let him quit. She kept after him to start another rocket and try again, but she did not get angry or frustrated and did not walk away. She remained his friend.
This episode and the struggles of Grace and Justin resonate with me because I struggle with loneliness myself. 5/5
